ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROCESS


1. Trigger Factors Entrepreneurship
David C. McClelland, argued that entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) is determined
by:
• Motif achievement (achievement),
• optimism (optimism),
• Attitudes value (value Attitudes),
• The status of entrepreneurship (entreprenuerial status).
Ibnoe Soedjono and Roopke, stating that the entrepreneurial process or act of entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial action) is a function of:
• Property Right (PR),
• Competency / abilities (C),
• Incentive (I), and
• External Environment (E).
Ability to entrepreneurship (entrepreneurial) is a function of entrepreneurial behavior in combining creativity, innovation, hard work and courage to face risks to get opportunities.
2. Entrepreneurship Process Model
Entrepreneurship starts with the innovation, supported by a trigger event, implemented, and eventually grow and develop.
3. The characteristics of Stage Beginnings and Growth Entrepreneurship
In general, the growth of entrepreneurship in small business has three important characteristics, namely:
• Phase imitation and duplication,
• Phase duplication and development,
