Entrepreneurial Process
Entrepreneurship stages

In general, the stages of doing entrepreneurship:
(1) phase began, the stage where someone who intends to conduct business
prepare everything necessary, begins by looking at opportunities
new businesses that might if opening a new business, make acquisitions, or
do franchising. Also choose the type of business that will be done if the
agriculture, industrial / manufacturing / production or service.
(2) Phase conduct business or summarized by step "road", this stage is a
entrepreneurs manage various aspects associated with its business, including
aspects: financing, human resources, ownership, organization, leadership
covers how to take risks and make decisions, marketing, and
conduct the evaluation.
(3) Maintain the business, the stage where the entrepreneur based on the results that have been
achieved progress achieved analysis to be followed up in accordance
with the conditions faced
(4) Develop a business, the stage where if the results are quite positive
or have developed or can survive the expansion of business into
one option that may be taken.

According to Carol Noore cited by Bygrave (1996: 3), the entrepreneurial process
beginning with the innovation. Such innovation dipengeruhi by various factors both
which comes from private individuals and outside, such as education, sociology,
organization, culture and environment. These factors form the locus of
control, creativity, keinovasian, implementation, and growth then
berkembangan become a great entrepreneur. Internally, keinovasian influenced
by factors that came from individuals, such as locus of control, tolerance, values,
education, experience. While environmental factors derived from the
affect them role models, activities, and opportunities. Therefore, innovation
berkembangan menajdi dipengrauhi entrepreneurship through a process environment,
organization and family (Suryana, 2001: 34).
In summary, the entrepreneurial process model includes the following phases (Alma, 2007: 10-12):
1. process innovation
2. trigger process
3. implementation process
4. growth process

Based on the analysis of related literature of entrepreneurship, it is known that these aspects that need to be considered in conducting entrepreneurship are:
a. seek new business opportunities: long done business, and kind of business ever
done
b. financing: funding - the amount and sources of funds
c. Human resources: labor used
d. ownership: the roles in the implementation effort
e. organization: the division of labor among workers held
f. leadership: honesty, faith, long-term goals, managerial processes
(POAC)
g. Marketing: location and place of business
